Maxford USA (the seller) can NOT in any way guarantee the performance of your finished model airplane.  Furthermore, in purchasing any of our products and/or services, you (the buyer or user of this product) exempt, waive, and relieve Maxford USA (the seller) from all current or future liability for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, and if you (the buyer or user of this product) are involved in any claim or suit, you will not sue Maxford USA (the seller) or any of its representatives. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!

Shiping Policy

Payment Methods

Ground Flat Rate
We have to pay UPS and USPS dimensional weight for any package we ship. That is out of our control. We know customers will not be happy to pay actual shipping that we pay to UPS or USPS,  we will offer flat rate of order net amount. We will decide whichever the cheaper shipping carrier to ship your package. 

$0.01~49.99, ground flat rate $8.75
$50~99.99, ground flat rate $21.95
$100~199.99, ground flat rate $29.95
$200~299.99, ground flat rate $49.95
$300 and more, ground flat rate $59.95
*This flat rate is only good for US continental 48 state address. You could pick any other shipping options we offer at check out. For international address, USPS Priority International rate will be the only option.

*Efective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties and/or fees. Our shipping charge for packages going to EU member states does NOT include any VAT, duty and fees. The VAT, duty and fees will be decided and collected EU member state custom. Customers from EU member states please check that before place your order.

If you want your order be shipped by spcific shipping carrier, you could pick UPS or USPS from the drop down list. If you want your order be shipped by express mail or next day, please email us at sales@maxfordusa.com for a special ship rate quote.

Shipping
We may send you an email to confirm your order. Your order will be shipped 1~2 business days when your order has been confirmed. We ship by USPS and UPS. When you check out, please pick the shipping carrier you want. * If you want us to ship by any other shipping carrier not list there, please email us at sales@maxfordusa.com .

Any on sale or discount item are final sale, cannot retrun or exchange.
 

* We may change the shipping carrier you picked to another carrier of the same level service for a lower rate without any notice.

Shipping Insurance

No shipping insurance include with shipping charge of flat rate. If you choose UPS at check out, it will include up to $100 insurance. If you choose USPS Priority Mail at check out, it will include up to $50 insurance. If you want full coverage of your order value, please contact us at sales@maxfordusa.com for insurance quotation before you place your order.

If you receive your order with any shipping damage, please contact with us within 10 days. Any shipping damage report after 10 days of receiving will NOT be approved. 


Free Shipping 
For any Free Shipping offer, it will be only apply to customers with ship to address in US continental 48 states. We have the rights to decide ground shipping carrier and No shipping insurance will be included.

Back Order and Pre-order Items

Please be aware, our system is a real time system, once you place your order your credit card will be charged. If you don't want your credit card be charged until we ship it, please do NOT place your order when the availability shows Out of Stock/Back Order.

 

Cancel Order

Please read availability and back order ETA carefully before you place your order. Our system is a real time system, once you place your order, whatever it is in stock or back order item(s), your credit card will be charged. If you want to cancel your order before your order has been shipped, there will be a transaction fee of 3% of total order amount will be deducted from the refund. This is not our charge, but the bank transaction fee. If you want to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, it will be considered a return. 

Return Policy

Maxford USA guarantees our kits to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.  All of our products have been inspected in our factory and are checked again when shipped from our warehouse.

However, Maxford USA cannot directly control the materials you may use nor your final-assembly process.  Therefore, Maxford USA can NOT in any way guarantee the performance of your finished model airplane.  Furthermore, in purchasing this product, you (the buyer or user of this product) exempt, waive, and relieve Maxford USA from all current or future liability for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, and if you (the buyer or user of this product) are involved in any claim or suit, you will not sue Maxford USA or any of its representatives.

If you do not fully accept the above liability and waiver, you may request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) as explained in item 2, below.

If you think there is a missing part or any shipping damage, please read our after-sales service and return policy as outlined below.

  1. Inspect your order upon delivery for any shipping damage or missing part.  If you find a problem you must contact us within 10 days from receipt of your purchase by calling (562) 529-3988, Monday through Friday, except holidays, between the hours of 9:30 AM and 5 PM Pacific time.  During this telephone conversation, and with your support, we will determine how to resolve your concern.  

  2. Any on sale or discount item are final sale, cannot retrun or exchange.

  3. To request an RMA#, call (562) 529-3988, Monday through Friday, except holidays, between the hours of 9 :30 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.  If we elect to issue you an RMA#, you must clearly mark this RMA# on the outside of the package.  (No return or exchange will be authorized after 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product; any package delivered to us without a Maxford USA RMA# is subject to being returned to the sender, as received, with return postage payable upon delivery.)  Returned merchandise must be in its original condition as received from Maxford USA, with no assembly or modification, in the original packing materials, complete with all manuals and accessories.  Return shipping and insurance charges must be prepaid by you, the buyer.

  4. Discounted, custom made items are final sale, no return will be accepted.

  5. Returned merchandise that is accepted by Maxford USA for credit is subject to a 10% to 20% restocking fee (the final amount will be determined by Maxford USA upon receipt and examination of the returned merchandise).
