Shipping
We may send you an email to confirm your order. Your order will be shipped 1~2 business days when your order has been confirmed. We ship by USPS and UPS. When you check out, please pick the shipping carrier you want. For some low cost small items, your may qualify for our Small Item Shipping Rate, click Custom in the carrier list to check.* For some big ARFs, your may qualify for our Big Item Flat Rate, just click Custom in the carrier list, you will get a lower rate.** If you want us to ship by any other shipping carrier not list there, please email us at sales@maxfordusa.com .
* Alaska, Hawaii and International customers are not qualify for Small Item and Big Item flat rate.
** For some big box size items and Canada customers, the shipping rate we charge is much lower than our actual shipping. We may change the shipping carrier you picked to another carrier for a lower rate without any notice.
Shipping Insurance
For any order value greater than $50, our shipping rate will include insurance up to $100 if you choose UPS. USPS shipping rate does NOT include any shipping insurance. If you receive your order with any shipping damage, please contact with us within 10 days. Any shipping damage report after 10 days of recieving will NOT be approved. If you need shipping insurance coverage more than $100, please contact us at sales@maxfordusa.com for insurance quotation. For international shipment, we pay shipping insurance, but customer will be responsible to file any possible damage claim.
Free Shipping
For any Free Shipping offer, it will be only apply to customers with ship to address in US continental 48 states. We have the rights to decide shipping carrier and No shipping insurance will be included.
Back Order and Pre-order Items
Please be aware, our system is a real time system, once you place your order your credit card will be charged. If you don't want your credit card be charged until we ship it, please do NOT place your order when the availability shows Out of Stock/Back Order.
Cancel Order
Please read availability and back order ETA carefully before you place your order. Our system is a real time system, once you place your order, whatever it is in stock or back order item(s), your credit card will be charged. If you want to cancel your order before your order has been shipped, there will be a transaction fee of 3% of total order amount will be deducted from the refund. This is not our charge, but the bank transaction fee.
If you want to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, it will be considered a return. Please see our return policy for details.
